Return & Refund Policy

At Dog Town Pet Supplies our first priority is to have happy customers, and if something is wrong we want to make it right.

 

If you need to return something to us, please call us on (03) 9397 8884, or send an email to jo@dogtown.net.au and let us know how we can help.

We offer returns  up to 14 days after purchase, provided the products you’re returning are undamaged, not used, include their original packaging and are in a condition suitable for re-sale

 

  • All goods returned must be in new, unopened condition with all seals intact.
  • Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (errors excluded).
  • Dog Town Pet Supplies accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

 Terms & Conditions:

  • If you’ve ordered an incorrect item, or changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Your refund shall be processed once goods have been received by us
  • When you return your order, you can select whether you’d like to receive a refund, an exchange or a store credit
  • If we're sending you a replacement product, we'll need to receive your return before we can dispatch your new item

Faulty Goods:

  • We suggest that you first contact the manufacturer involved as they handle these types of requests daily and can often arrange a replacement unit or further support information required for your product.
  • Should the manufacturer be unable to assist please call us on (03) 9397 8884, or send an email to jo@dogtown.net.au outlining the issue and we shall investigate further
